Good ultrawide gaming monitor for the price.

Strengths of the product

-Native 100hz refresh rate -Great colour. Close to matching my Dell UltraSharp U2415 IPS panel after calibration. (Slightly warmer tones on the Asus) -No backlight bleed compared to IPS monitors. -Images and content look great -Desktop resolution is good for multitasking/productivity -Stand has good amount of adjustment -Save hundreds over 100-120hz IPS ultrawides

Weaknesses of the product

-- Typical VA panel weaknesses, but minimized -- Some contrast shift is noticeable looking at dark images -- Dark Images produce a foil look -- Some ghosting/smearing is noticeable while gaming in very dark environments, with high contrast. But not as bad as other competitors that use a VA panel. -- No G-Sync option -- RGB led's are weak, and only show up if you have this monitor up against the a wall.

Additional Comments

Tired of Asus delaying it's 200hz HDR Ultrawide PG35VQ over and over again. So I picked this up instead. I can say I should of picked up this sooner, instead of waiting for the PG35VQ, which has been delayed again til end of 2018. The Image quality and desktop space is a major improvement over my old Asus VG248QE monitor. I recommend this monitor if your looking for 100hz ultrawide and can live without G-Sync.
