This headset will turn off if you do not have any sound playing which can be extremely annoying and there is no way to change this in settings as the settings itself is bare bones. I would rather have a headset that give me a the choice of having power saving functions then not give me any choice at all. The power cable it comes with is quite short so you cannot move around to much when it's charging. Recently I have been having issues with the headset randomly disconnecting from my computer and trying to reconnect only to disconnect 10 seconds later, it does this in a continuous loop and there is no way to turn it off when it does this. I have tried unplugging everything and even tried to hold to power button to no avail

Software Software Software...... Spin the wheel playing russian roulette. And will upgrading firmware brick you headset or not. Mine and many others have bricked their headset upgrading firmware.Also the mic is a joke, poor quality.

Would not buy these. Have bought two, one quit working for about a month non firmware upgrade. Then all of a sudden started working after a month. Trust me that one will not be installing any firmware upgrade. Customer service is a joke, good luck getting this replaced. Bottom line me and others have a bricked headset, and had to throw them in the garbage.
