Easy to put together

After 2 weeks of use one of the rollers exploded. Super low quality part. Guess the rest of them will follow shortly. I am going to try to get in touch with Cougar but if it is more trouble than its worth then I will find another chair company because I will definitely NEVER buy another product from Cougar.

I will update review once I have been in touch with Cougar.

- Comfortable - Very adjustable - Fully reclines without losing stability - Great Back Support - Looks fantastic - Materials hold up over time (I have owned the chair for about a year and a half and I game often)

- Chair is a little heavy but that's due to the high quality materials. - Needs to be broken in to feel the most comfy (took about a week)

When shopping for a chair, I didn't look at the price tags when testing all of the chairs in the NE Memory Express. I figured that would give me a good gauge if the old adage of "you get what you pay for" was still true with computer chairs or not. I narrowed my choices down to the Cougar Armor and 1 other I cant remember the name of now. The other chair I looked at was little over the $600 price point so I decided to go with Cougar. I am so extremely impressed at the difference in quality in this chair shows in contrast to the other chairs in it's price point. Really stand-out excellence at a reasonable budget. As chair comfort is subjective, I would recommend this chair to everyone to at least try. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Easy to assemble

Feels cheap, chair squeaks whenever you move around in it.

Don't waste almost 400 dollars on this chair, this is not worth it.

Great support, high back, recline and rocking tilt are phenomenal. You can literally recline it all the way down flat and the chair remains perfectly balanced. It seems like a stupid feature but between games sometimes I recline all the way for 20 or 30 seconds just to relax and I enjoy it a lot.

A bit stiff at first. After a couple hours I was actually sore but I found that after a month of using it the foam has become more forgiving and more molded to my body.

Overall a great chair and a big upgrade from my old office chair. I would recommend...

It adjusts alot

It came missing a button, so I tried contacting cogar support and it took them weeks to email me back. I tried a few times. They email back a question and that was the last email I got from them to date. So no moving the left arm back and forth. This chair is so skinny I can't spread my legs apart. Without the back pillow she's rock hard. With the back pillow I'm sitting on the edge of the chair (I'm 6"3') oh and it squeaks so bad as soon as I move at all, it's been like 3-4 months since I bought it.

I don't recommend this chair at all.

reclines all the way back padding is firm and supportive The checkered design is awesome

I have a cougar PC case which is absolutely solid and this is my second purchase from this brand and I am not disappointed at all.
