Great Value Proposition

Strengths of the product

When using the Display port V1.2, the colour depth is quite good quality for a LCD TN panel. I'm happily surprised by how well it manages dark colours, and displaying true black. It looks great at 144Hz, and the G-sync works exactly like it should. The buttons are kind of hard to use, hidden behind the panel. Luckily there is a joystick that can manage most features and is very easy and intuitive to use. The VESA mount is exactly what you would expect from a VESA mount.

Weaknesses of the product

The 2W speakers do not eliminate the need for external speakers. To put how bad they are into perspective, I can achieve a better sound experience from my cellphone on my desk. Don't even consider these speakers usable. As far as HDMI goes, it only supports v1.4. I wouldn't recommend using this for signal; It lacks some colour depth and can only reach 120hz. I'm not sure why they did'nt go for 2.0 which would have fully supported all the features on the panel.

Additional Comments

Other then a few poorly implemented features (speakers and HDMI 1.4) the panel does quite well at everything else it offers.

Strengths of the product

Great Monitor.

Weaknesses of the product

Additional Comments

TN is really good, the "bad angles" aren't that bad or noticeable. Its nothing like what I've seen in Youtube comparing a decent TN to an IPS.
