Je viens d'acheter cette écran et je suis très satisfaite. Belle couleurs, la courbure est juste parfaite, solide et facile d'instalation. Je recommande a tous. ______________________________________________________ I just bought this screen and I am very satisfied. Great monitor, but default settings caused massive cursor stuttering when connected through DisplayPort. Was able to fix it though.

Strengths of the product

Just getting this out of the way, but I bought it on Black Friday for much cheaper. I don't know if it's worth its price without the sale, but I'm definitely happy with what I got (after I fixed my cursor stuttering issue). -Everything advertised about it seems to be legitimate as far as I can see. I don't have tools to confirm response time, but I have checked that the colour gamut is actually 110% sRGB and it looks really good. -I'm able to use the monitor at 144Hz though DisplayPort, but it should be noted that you can only get up to 120Hz through HDMI on this monitor (written in super small font under the response time in the product info). If you use HDMI, check that your AMD/Nvidia drivers aren't setting the colours to "Limited" by default because they often do that to HDMI devices. -FreeSync is definitely a plus.

Weaknesses of the product

-No height adjustment and rotation, just up/down tilt adjustment as lots of reviews already say. -There are no VESA screwholes on this monitor. I connect this monitor to my RX 570 4GB, and the main issue I had was with AMD drivers ver 18.#.# (Adrenaline Edition). HDMI and DVI will work perfectly with no problems by default, but when you connect it using DisplayPort, the cursor stutters to all hell, making it impossible to use. The solution I found after quite a bit of Googling is to disable HDCP support in the AMD drivers. You can do this by opening the AMD drivers, going to 'Display', pressing 'Specs' for the MSI Optix G24C, then going to the 'Override' section and disabling HDCP support. Of course, you have to do all this with the stuttering cursor, but it's manageable as long as you move the mouse slowly.

Additional Comments

In conclusion, like I say in my title, the monitor is great and I don't really have any big problems with it after fixing my cursor stuttering issue. Honestly, I was mostly sold on the high colour gamut VA panel because I wanted a monitor for digital art which actually had accurate colours unlike my previous TN screen, but everything else about the monitor has been impressive so far. I don't mention the curved screen as a Pro or Con because I really have no opinion on it. It looked slightly weird at first, but I'm getting used to it pretty quickly. However, I never had problems with a flat 24-inch in the first place so it doesn't feel like anything important. Maybe it's more noticeably immersive with a bigger screen, but it seems pretty gimmicky for a 24-inch.

Good monitor but worried about life span..

Strengths of the product

Great monitor for gaming ! 1 ms respond time feels smooth with 144Hz !

Weaknesses of the product

Had it for about 2 months and 3 dead pixels... doesn't show much, but still. Not supposed to happen...

Additional Comments

I'd give it a try for the price ! Maybe just unlucky for the dead pixels.

great for the price point, but the design is a little deceptive

Strengths of the product

good price to performance excellent build quality not ~too~ big or bulky doesn't feel flimsily light or artificially weighted like some monitors of this style tend to be has a nice plate over the back to hide the cable-work for a clean look. small, but physical buttons along the bottom (have never been a fan of touch-capacative sensors on monitors like my last one), feedback tells you that you actually clicked it.

Weaknesses of the product

bezel a bit too thick for multiple monitor setup if you're looking for immersion. best bought in 1 or 3 units, something about 2 monitors with this style feels a bit off. not height-adjustable, the photos make it look a bit like you could slide that connection point on the stand up and down, but it's a fixed height.

Additional Comments

mine came with a very minor bit of damage to the little plastic plug that covers the screws on the monitor stand, but a quick message to MSI customer service and they sent a replacement out to me. their CS has come a long way since that issue i had with them in 2015 where it took them multiple attempts and calls to a long distance number to get a video card sorted out, they're significantly easier to deal with now, though their website seems to be under some degree of updating at the moment.

Strengths of the product

Picture quality is great!

Weaknesses of the product

Ports could use a but more room in the back for play. Maybe im just too used to TV ports and the space they have but a little more space would be great.
