This product is fantastic and I have two of them in my house.

So I bought this online on sale. About two days after I bought it I received a phone call telling me it was an open box product but that it was tested and worked great and since I said I’d take it they offered me a whopping $2 discount (seriously). Product showed up and everything was fine until the next morning when it had not only dropped the network connection but now wouldn’t connect back. I reset it and tried again, same thing. It was clearly pooched. This is where the terrible service comes in. I emailed the online store since they’re not taking phone calls. Two days, no reply so I emailed them again. Four days no reply so I decided to go to a store. I went to the SE Calgary location and waited in line and told the woman what was going on with it. No apology for my trouble, no smile, no anything. She basically acted as if I had the plague. She stared at her computer, went and spoke to someone and came back saying I’d see it on my credit card in two to three days and handed me a receipt. No credit on the shipping (remember they shipped me defective product), no sorry for the inconvenience of having to come into a store and no sense of any remorse on their part and lastly, I was never offered any replacement. I will never shop here again as I really felt like I was inconveniencing them returning a product they never should have shipped me in the first place.
