Strengths of the product

works really well and as described. I can game with it, do 3D rendering and video editing, all with an ultrabook and a TB3 cable. It is small enough to put into my backpack with my laptop. It is a new type of product, really we are only in the first generation of external GPU's but the 3 year warranty makes me happy to be an early adopter.

Weaknesses of the product

Short thunderbolt 3 cable means your eGPU has to sit right next to your laptop. It is a bit heavy but still lighter than their competition.

Additional Comments

I like the RGB lighting I just wish there was a switch to turn it off. Maybe there is in software, I have not looked. I would buy this instead of an enclosure + card set up. The price for both together is reasonable. What this is to me is a fantastic dock. If you want to use a laptop all the time on the go but when you get home switch to a monitor and keyboard/mouse you can! just one cable into your laptop (assuming yours does TB3 charging) and you're done.
