Strengths:
Did not work for what I truly needed it to do

Does not copy data from laptop to a USB drive connected to this docking station

When you connect an external USB hard drive to this item (I tried a variety of sizes and speeds) ... you cannot successfully copy more than one file at a time to this drive. It reports that the hard drive has failed. When I took it back to Memory Express while it was under warranty, Memory Expresses' response was, "it is working; however, there is a Known Issue when trying to copy data to an external drive connected to this docking station." Basically they told me I was out of luck and could not receive a refund. I have since purchased a Microsoft Surface docking station elsewhere and have had zero issues. Meanwhile I wasted $199.99 on this item.

Sleek and tons of connections! Low profile and does not take up room on my desk.

Additional Comments:
This product does what it advertises. I connected my laptop to it and have Dual 24" monitor plus the laptop at my desk. Improves your efficiency and productivity. It also has a great finish and sleek style. You can put laptop on top of it to angle the keyboard too!
Highly recommend this product.
Thinking of buying one for home office use too.
