Strengths of the product

Very comfortable for work Excellent with a Nvidia card for gaming, bye bye tearing Nice fit and finish Awesome picture quality

Weaknesses of the product

Terrible UI 100hz only

Additional Comments

Great screen. Pleasant for work and great for gaming. It's so bright I have brightness set at 27 % all the time! Excellent screen overall.

High productivity, good for gaming, expensive.

Strengths of the product

Great alternative to dual monitors. 1440p 21:9 doesn't require as powerful of a video card as 4k 16:9. Most movies fill the entire monitor. Great colours. Gsync eliminates tearing. 100hz. The "accent' light on the bottom is actually useful when set to white. 21:9 1440p is awesome for productivity software (ie: programming).

Weaknesses of the product

Expensive! Not all games support ultra-wide resolutions, especially competitive e-sports games. Noticeable input lag. Gsync isn't as game changing as expected. Not strobing capable. Colored LEDs are silly. Slight curve is aesthetic only, does not improve viewing angle of extreme sides. My GTX 970 struggles for some games at 3,440 x 1,440.

Additional Comments

It has 2x the pixels of a 16:9 1080p monitor so expect to need a 2x more powerful video card when upgrading to this. This is a perfect monitor to work on during the day and for games during the night. A "Cry Once" purchase.

A Monitor worth every penny

Strengths of the product

-Easy overclock to 100hz -Great color reproduction with some tweaking. -gsync -Ultra wide 21:9 is fantastic

Weaknesses of the product

-Expensive. ~ see if you can get it on sale -Black light bleed can be a little much for such an expensive monitor.

Additional Comments

Worth every penny if you want to invest into a near perfect monitor

Awesome!

Strengths of the product

This thing is absolutely beautiful to look at. The adjustable stand works great and the underglow lighting is a nice touch.

Weaknesses of the product

The price. It takes up a ton of desk space.

Additional Comments

It has a hefty price tag but is definitely worth it if you have a gpu that can bring out this Predator's potential.

Best gaming monitor on the market!

Strengths of the product

It's got it all! Beautiful IPS panel, 1440P ultra wide, 100 mhz refesh, and smooth as butter with the Gsync. Underglow Ambient Lighting is nice. The adjustable stand is solid and smooth, you can move it with a finger or two. The sound from this monitor is actually really good.

Weaknesses of the product

The price is outrageous! You need a high end GPU or GPU's to run this bad boy at it's full potential. No RGB on the lighting. The stand has a big foot print, you need to have room.

Additional Comments

This monitor is balling. If you can afford it and your looking for a top end gaming monitor you can't go wrong with the X34. I think this Monitor is going to last me a long time!

Amazing upgrade from ROG Swift

Strengths of the product

21:9 aspect ratio, gsync, IPS panel, 3440x1440 resolution, 100hz maximum refresh

Weaknesses of the product

No ULMB, no 3D (both require higher refresh panels than this), requires a beastly video card setup

Additional Comments

This is a worthy upgrade to my 1 year old ROG Swift (PG278Q). The colours are far more accurate (I love how much reds "pop" on IPS displays), and I can't see the difference between 100 and 144hz. With 2-way SLI TITAN X I am loving every second of gaming I can squeeze in on this thing. Way to go Acer!
