Strengths of the product

RGB per key allows you to group functions by colour. Mechanical switches means the best gaming experience. Extreme comfort via adjustable palm rest, length and width. 20 keys means you will be lacking for nothing. 8-way HAT-type thumb switch for whatever you like. Large Space Bar button right under your thumb. Comfortable rubberized coating. Bright LEDs means it's easy to see, even in a bright room. Three shift levels allow tripling the functions. Dampeners work great, but you need two per key.

Weaknesses of the product

Razer Synapse software sucks. You must be logged into Razer's "cloud" to use the colour, Macro and profile functions. You cannot use these functions if you don't have an internet connection.

Additional Comments

The hardware in this controller is fantastic. The feel is as good as any mechanical keyboard I have ever tried. This controller blows away every other keypad controller I have ever used including the Nostromo (all the versions) and the Logitech G13. You can load and save profiles, as many as you want. Unfortunately they are saved to Razer's "cloud" and not to your PC, which sucks. I can't complain about the hardware though. It's really first rate. I star off because of the software.
