No physical mute button Bluetooth instead of wifi Volume adjustment does nothing Constant disconnects

This is an OK headset for $100 or so. I bought it because it was cheap and I knew it wouldn't be perfect. Here's the problems: Volume adjustment on the side doesn't do anything, it just reports the battery status every time you try to adjust the volume. The headset is bluetooth and it seems to get disrupted a lot when cars drive by (I live next to a highway). The headset often disconnects from my Windows 10 PC, I will come back the next day after using it and the sound isn't working at all. Usually powering off the headset and then powering it back on will restore its function, but sometimes I need to reboot the entire PC in order to get the headset to reconnect and play any sound. There isn't any hardware mute which is a big problem if you are a gamer and need to use the washroom sometimes. This headset is OK I guess. I'm using it as a stand-in for the Steel Series I want to buy, and then I will use this one as a backup. The battery lasts about 6 hours from full charge.
