Strengths:
Almost completely made of metal.
Magnet based switches, no failure, ever.
Knobs and rods modular.
Has sequential setting.
Can be mounted in any orientation.
Weaknesses:
Feels unrealistic.
Extremely expensive.
Additional Comments:
I do a lot of sim drifting, so it takes the abuse quite finely. I wish it felt more like a transmission than just a alot machine, though. Otherwise, with a 3d printer, you can make a notching modification so it feels like you're moving shift forks.

Strengths:
Very Well Made.
Metal Construction
Adapterplate for sequential
Weaknesses:
Price
Needs a Reverse Lockout
Additional Comments:
Its expensive but its worth it. Pretty Heavy Duty. I slam the gates when Im in the zone in forza and I've had no problems. Accepts automotive shift knobs. Sometime when you go for 6th you can miss and hit reverse because of the angle of the shift pattern when mounted. Not a big deal just wish they had a reverse lockout.
