Great soundscard with hardware EAX

Strengths:

Much better sounds quality that any built-in realtek (tested with RMAA) Price Lots of sounds manipulation options Hardware processing of EAX and legendary E-MU chip onboard.

Weaknesses:

Default settings decrease sound quality

Additional Comments:

Great sounds card which doesn't receive many good review due dumb default settings. To improve sound quality (I'm talking listening to music) disable CMSS and in EAX studio (found in SB Control Panel) turn down Reverb and Chorus to 0 on both Master and Source tabs.
