Strengths:
We have purchased several of these cards to install in older PCs that have no HDMI output. We use it so our clients can connect to Netflix or other streaming services and watch 1080p movies. Unlike the review on the bottom here, we know these cards handle 1080p video just fine. Perhaps that person has a problem with their computer or internet connection.
In any case, you don't purchase a card like this to game on. I can't imagine why anyone would.
Weaknesses:
Can't really game on it unless you're playing older games, or facebook games.
Additional Comments:
If you have an older PC but would like to connect to your big screen TV to watch Netflix or to other video providers, this card will work perfectly. Also, if your older PC is a little slow at opening the new Windows10 start menu because of the animated "live tiles", this card will eliminate that issue.

Strengths:
Can perform basic tasks
Weaknesses:
DO NOT GAME ON IT. can barely play 1080p youtube videos and is not worth the money.
Additional Comments:
If you want quality, do not buy, if you want something cheap to hold you off till you buy something higher-end, sure, but just try to avoid this card
