Strengths:
Sound you can't dislike, comfortable, easy to drive (doesn't require a headphone amp). Passive noise cancellation is pretty good. Includes a spiraled, stretchy cord and an extra long straight cord.
Weaknesses:
Folding design is a point of weakness which can break if you're not careful.
Additional Comments:
If you're looking for closed headphones that passively reduce external noise & prevent others from hearing your music & gaming then you can stop here. You'll have to spend almost $1000 on headphones & a dedicated headphone amp to get closed headphones that sound better than these. These are at the point of diminishing returns, a good sweet spot.

Strengths:
- Beautiful, full range sound - Built tough - Very comfortable - Nice accessory package (although I doubt I'll ever use it)
Weaknesses:
None that I have discovered
Additional Comments:
I'm a headphone aficionado.
I love headphones, and I have used every major brand of headphones on the market. These are better. Before I got these, I had a pair of the original ATH-M50 'phones, and after 20 years, they just plain wore out. So it was natural to get a pair of M50xes, but I was surprised by what I got.
These are completely different from the originals, and are better in every way - they sound better, they fit better - they're just better. Highly, highly recommended.

Strengths:
These headphones have a very clear and crisp sound. Good for a person who likes a balanced sound. Good for gaming and music.
Weaknesses:
A little on the tight side, but can get used to them
Additional Comments:
Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a good pair of headphones that is good for the quality and price.

Strengths:
Begins to shine at high volumes. Extremely comfortable, even when wearing glasses. Includes 3 different cables and a bag. Cables are nice and thick. Includes 3.5-1/4" adapter that screws on. Supposedly no "break-in" so should sound like new for years. Easily better sound than $160+ "gaming" oriented headsets.
Weaknesses:
Weak bass at low volumes compared to some sets. At the price paid could have got a nice pair of Shure headphones which are supposedly better but hard to find locally. Doesn't render bass as vibrations against your head like some headphones do.
Additional Comments:
Tested on my Fiio X1 audiophile music player and Asus Xonar DGX sound card. Compared to my Sennheiser HD 212Pro headphones (now discontinued) these provide a little bit more level frequency response but still with a bit of warmth. At high volume the Audio Technica headphones exceed the Sennheisers at fidelity across the audio range. They're extremely comfortable and for that reason I think they're going to get more use than the Sennheisers. My ears don't hurt after 8+ hours of use!
