Strengths:
Adapts to just about anything
Weaknesses:
Mini Displayport is not a solid port design to hold lots of weight. Having this, and a cable hanging off the adapter can easily slide out and disconnect on it's own. No fault of this product, it's more the weakness of the mini Displayport standard itself. It's nowhere as solid as HDMI, or DVI/VGA with it's screw in interface.
Additional Comments:
Use it on my Surface Pro 3, which lets me hook it up to any projector or screen I have run into. I am constantly running presentations in different places to different screens/projectors, and it always has no problem displaying what I need it it.
