Strengths:
Metal enclosure, cables are of adequate length, feels well built, PnP (Plug and Play), works as intended.
Weaknesses:

I ran into a issue when I upgraded to a 980Ti. Standard card layout has only one DVI output, but for 3D surround, I require 3 Dual Link DVI capable outputs. In order to activate the high refresh rates (120/144Hz) on the 2 other 1920x1080 monitors, I had to buy 2 of these adapters (ouch!). Safe to say, after purchase the metal enclosure was a surprise, and all adapters worked out of the box.
