Strengths of the product

Had 3 sets. All failed after 6-8 months due to charging USB reciever inside headset loosing contact.

Weaknesses of the product

Charging System

Additional Comments

Great sound and performance, bought 3 over 2 years hoping USB port would get reinforced. Never happened...

Strengths of the product

Battery Last -7-9 hours. Great for conferencing.

Weaknesses of the product

Stops working around 30 feet away.

Additional Comments

Manager bought 12 of these for our team over 1 year ago. They're all still working. They all still retain they're charge for 7-9 hours. We have 8 of them on at the same time in close proximity with no interference. Bottom line: if you work in an office and want a great headset to use In the office, on-site, at home, or on the go then this is the headset for you.

Strengths of the product

Durable cord, decent wireless distance

Weaknesses of the product

Did not last 1 year, multiple errors to get headset to work

Additional Comments

I had this headset less than a year. The first couple of months it worked perfectly About 6 mths after I would have to take the wireless USB port and pull it out and put it back in in order to work A few month of that and then the battery started getting less of a charge. It got to the point that I needed to keep it plugged in. weeks after that the headset is fully dead. Buy the product replacement. I loved the idea of the wireless.. just this was a poor model.

Decent Headset

Strengths of the product

- Wireless - Foldable - Comfortable (I'm pretty picky with headsets being comfortable) - good for travel, dongle slides into headset - Battery life as advertised @ 6 hours for a full charge

Weaknesses of the product

- Signal can take a while to re-acquire or not recover at all - Signal easily interfered with by furniture and works best when there is no solid object between it and the headset

Additional Comments

I have found this related to how much is in between the receiver and the headset. If you are trying to have it under your desk in the back of your computer, you can kiss any effectiveness this headset is going to have. Otherwise, I have found this headset to be pretty good, and it has put up with a fair bit of abuse (dropped a couple times by my kid, squished into my little laptop bag). All in all, it comes out as a recommend. I haven't had the battery issues that the other reviewer has.

Don't go wireless

Strengths of the product

-Comfortable -One of the few sets out there that don't have sealed (completely surround the ear to block out noise) headphones, which is only a plus if you want that like me -They fold

Weaknesses of the product

-Wireless receiver is buggy and needs constant re-pairing -Even when the mic IS actually working, it seems to sound mechanical or distant -Battery life is a joke, even leaving them plugged in constantly doesn't help, because they won't run off power, they only charge, exasperating the mic's problems -If the battery is even slightly low, the receiver is the first thing to stop working, making the sound cut in and out for both the mic and headset

Additional Comments

I received a set of H600 wireless headphones around December as an xmas gift. Within weeks I was already having trouble. The small wireless receiver, or the headphones constantly need to be paired with logitech's utility, which the device doesn't install itself. I finally found that the problem is likely the headset running out of battery power, even though I flip the power switch whenever I'm done with them. The result is that while the headset charges it is basically unuseable. Not recomended.
