As a computer technician I was curious how well this thing does and in short, it's a waste of time and money. It's OKAY AT BEST at removing the smaller malware and trojans, but useless against the more intrusive and dangerous/damaging viruses. Please don't waste your money on this. It has a very basic set of procedures that in the end won't help you.
