Strengths:
I don't need a web cam, but I am building a machine that requires machine vision. In the course of several months of experimenting, I can report that the autofocus and autoexposure work very well. The software works perfectly on Win 7 and XP (I haven't tried it on anything else). I also butchered it to remove the IR filter, then put it back together, and it still gives excellent performance.
Weaknesses:
None I have experienced. If you need zoom, pan/tilt, etc. this isn't the camera for you, but then it was never intended for these applications.
Additional Comments:
I have used three of these for more than a year, without any problems. I highly recommend them.

Strengths:
It looks alright, and it has a lense cap.
Weaknesses:
It stopped working within the first few days. Tried wiping it off the computer and reinstalling it from scratch, different ports and different computers, didn't work. It also got unusually hot... like hot to the touch.

Everything installed perfectly fine, and was working great. I put my comp into Sleep mode, and when it returned it no longer worked. I restarted, uninstalled and re-installed multiple times and it failed to work. Pure garbage.

Strengths:
Price ( if it was a sale price)
Usb Cable length is long.
Camera itself seems robust.
Wide angle captured quite a bit of the room.
Weaknesses:
Movable bracket...limited life span if moved too much?
Built in mic cant handle High SPL's
Need to tweek the software before you can see some decent video.
720P is questionable.
Additional Comments:
Great as a webcam, but I think I expected too much out of this camera to do more then just be a webcam. I cant complain for the money though.
