I have 3. One at work and two at home. It has helped my wrist/hand/arm pains immensely! I'm glad to see Memory Express finally carries these! I think it is the best mouse out there. I have never written a review here even though I have bought a lot of stuff at Memory Express. When I saw it listed I had to recommend it to anyone who isn't sure. Just take your hand and lay it flat on the table. Then, turn your hand into a vertical handshake position. Do you feel your arm relaxing as it moves to a more central, unstrained position? That is why this mouse is soooo comfortable to use. I rate it a 7 out of 5.

I've been using this mouse for several years at work as an IT Administrator and it has worked very well. No more carpal tunnel symptoms. It took maybe a day to get used to it and find it quite comfortable and I certainly miss it on the days I work from home. I haven't tried one for gaming yet so I can't speak to that.

Because it is a little tall I occasionally make knock it over when trying to grab it when switching from keyboard back to mouse.

Excellent mouse, especially if ergonomics is your main concern.
