Strengths:
Small
Weaknesses:
Doesn't always work.
Additional Comments:
Sadly, I can no longer recommend this product.
Last week, for the fourth time, this product misdiagnosed a power issue. It once again said a defective power supply was good when it was not. As a service tech, this is too high a failure rate for diagnosing power issues and I am better off just using a spare PSU to test PCs with power issues.

Strengths:
Very fast go/no go testing of PSUs
Not expensive
Weaknesses:
Plastic case can come apart easily.
Will not test any non-standard supplies such as HP SFF or USSF PC PSUs.
Let me down once by telling me that a supply was good when it wasn't. Replacing that supply solved the problem.
Additional Comments:
Over all, in about four years of use, this tool has worked out very well. If you don't have spare PSUs for testing, this is a great tool. If you do have a spare PSU for substitution, then this tool isn't much handier than a substitute PSU other than being small, and it's not 100% infallible since once it gave me a wrong reading.
