Strengths:
Unlike the last review that was posted, mine came with all mounting parts. I mounted mine to a plywood backboard and with 4 mounting screws this thing is not coming off the wall. For $70 it is a good deal.
Weaknesses:
None that I can see.
Additional Comments:
Suited my purposes of my small home network. Mounted a 24 port switch and put a shelf on top of the unit and mounted a NAS on top. Great little unit for a small business or home network.

Strengths:
This unit is great for people who don't have a lot of space
Weaknesses:
Based on the manual & product sheet on the StarTeam website, many of the parts are missing from this item. There's no stabilizer bar, and no hardware to mount this on the wall...which you'd think would be important, given the fact that it's a wall mounted unit.
Additional Comments:
I'm not faulting Memory Express at all for this. The returns clerk grabbed another one to check, and it too was missing parts. He also thought it was dumb that a wall mounted product should come with the appropriate hardware.
