Strengths:
Fits bays and devices well.
Weaknesses:
Ships with self-tapping screws. Fortunately I had some shoulder bolts already on my device, so I used those, which the bracket appears to be designed for.
Additional Comments:
Pick up some shoulder bolts for a 3.5" unit if you plan on using this. Most devices come with them, but we don't all save every bolt we pick up.

Strengths:
Thick plastic.
Easy to access mounting points.
Weaknesses:
Only 4 screws (8 would be better).
5.25" mounting screws are self-tapping (difficult to install with a hand screwdriver, difficult to install straight, cracked the plastic)
3.5" mounts are too thick (screws that came with 3.5 in device were not long enough to install device).
Additional Comments:
More trouble than it's worth. I was unable to use the product.
Do not buy if you have options.
