Fine, but some issues.

Strengths:

Exceeds the specs I need Clear, bright screen, good for working with art programs and colourful videos where you need accuracy in colour and detail. Customizable colours for the RGB lighting which is neat. Good amount of storage space Lightweight, easy to transport Power cord in a nice place on the system, is out of the way. Runs quietly Comfortable, quiet keyboard Good speakers and sound

Weaknesses:

Packed to the brim with bloatware that needs to be removed (though this is likely a windows problem, but it's annoying to have to remove things rather than choose what you would like on the system to begin with. Frame rate drop on a game and settings a 2080 computer ran with zero issues, still figuring this out if it is a software or factory issue with the hardware. Overheats consistently, needed a cooling pad. Audio skipping when framerate drops, again unsure on the issue, may be a hardware issue from the manufacturer. USB C in an awkward spot, where if the dongle plugged in is wide, you cannot use the usb port just beside it, this also blocks the hdmi port if you have a wide dongle you want to use there in the usb-c. It's located between the usb and hdmi ports.

Additional Comments:

I think it's a fine computer all things considered, however it's disappointing that there may be a problem with the hardware right out of the box for me. This isn't to say every system will have this issue, but having the same game with the same settings suffer frame rate issues on a system that is two generations newer/better than my old one that gave me no issues at all is a disappointment. The bloatware is annoying from windows, would be better if it was opt in for many of the programs that come on start up that seriously slowed down the system while running in the background. Overall, I do think this system is worth it, it isn't awful, and if the issues I'm having do turn out to be hardware issues and can be fixed then no big deal. Without the issues I'm personally having, I think this computer would get a much higher rating out of me.
