Strengths:
I replaced my 2080ti and it was a simple plug and play (this 4080 requires an extra sag bracket, but the dimensions of my 2080ti seemed quite similar to be honest, but be sure to measure your case as they are big cards). I definitely agree with the tricky install as I had to use an extra pair of hands to make sure everything lined up properly.
Additional Comments:
Performance was quite good, I was impressed. I ran cyberpunk at 2K with max settings WITH RT ON and I was getting up to 115 FPS! Obviously the cost of this thing is nuts, but if you don't want to upgrade your power supply for a 4090 and you have a large supply of cash, then this is a good bet.
I'm giving it 5 stars.

Strengths:
[Incredible Performance]
Cyberpunk 2077 at 90fps average in QHD on Ultra settings w/ RT on, no problem.
[Runs Cool]
Barely crested 65c on the GPU when pushing the card in gaming. 76c on the 'Hot Spot', using the default fan curve.
[Runs Quiet]
On the default fan curve the card strikes a nice balance between noise and temp. A good 'plug and play' experience for those who don't like to tweak/tune.
[Exceptional Build Quality]
Not much more to say here, MSi knows how to build a strong GPU, and there's no question about the quality when you take this one out of the box.
[Pleasing Aesthetics]
While this Ventus 3X is lacking in RGB (some might consider that a plus), it does have a nice design on the backplate that goes very well with MSi Motherboards. It almost looks like it was made to pair with my MSi Edge MPG MoBo.
[Comes With Anti-sag Bracket]
It is desperately needed, and it matches the design/color scheme of the card to boot.
Weaknesses:
[Expensive]
Just has to be said. Punches you right in the finances.
[Massive]
3 slots high, 325mm long. Will have trouble fitting in most ATX mid-towers using front-mounted intake fans, and this is one of the shorter 4080 AIBs. Please do your homework before buying any 4080, last thing you want is to get home and find out this beast doesn't fit in your cage.
[Power Connector]
Uses the new 16-pin connector, and comes with a chunky 3x 8-Pin PCIe to 16-pin adapter. This thing is hard to cable manage and that's kind of a downer if you like to keep things tidy inside your case.
[Tricky Install]
This problem could be case-dependent, but for myself, getting the card in was a bit of a pain. With the card being so large and heavy, you almost need an extra set of hands to hold it flush while you put in the screws. (Or you can jam something like a hex-key in one of the holes to keep it flush while you put in the other screws, that's what I did.)
Additional Comments:
While it's not a perfect product, it is easily a 'Very Good' product, which is what 5 stars means on this website, so it's getting 5 stars. If you have the right case, the right power supply, and the extra cash, get one of these, you won't be disappointed.
