This board for whatever reason has strong, high pitched, constant ear piercing coil whine even while idle. It's apparently a common problem with some gigabyte boards, not just this specific model. Very disappointed to say the least.

I would probably avoid gigabyte all together, because unless you're deaf... this most likely will bother you a lot. Based on my experience, right here, typing this with the motherboard squealing away. Horrendous. Latest F3 bios, nothing altered, all stock... except XMP on my 6800mhz g.skill hynix A-die ram 2x16gb. Rest of my system specs are 13700kf, rtx 3080, corsair 850w gold psu. Problems only started happening with this board, tested everything else in another build prior to this.
