Good set of features: resolution and sampling rate, monitoring output, mute option, mounting options, comes with a pop filter, relatively compact package. Audio seems to be of good quality; clear, but very quiet. Not a big issue if you intend to post-process the input because it has 24 bit resolution, but can be a concern if you intend to use it in real time.

Lower sensitivity compared to other microphones in this category and confusing specs. I have quiet voice and I had to crank up the gain to 100% and move the microphone much closer to sound loud and clear on the other side of meetings, compared to CAD u37 which this one was intended to replace. The mute button is a push button which makes a loud clicking noise when activated. I wish it was touch-to-mute. The on/mute LED is very bright, and there is no option to control the colors/brightness. It does not come with any software to make any adjustments or offer any other enhancements.
