Great product, not perfect.

Strengths:

Bright. Easy to install. Work well. Look awesome. Can control the default setting. Can change the side of the cable the LEDs are on.

Weaknesses:

Price. Must use the RGB controller it comes with. Cannot plug directly into RGB headers. Great RGB patterns.

Additional Comments:

So, I emailed Lian Li, and in case anyone is wondering it's pronounced Strimer as in rim, or rimmer. I have the EVGA 3080 Ti FTW3. It has power connectors that are reversed, and 3 of them. I was using an XPG RGB extension, but it cannot be reversed and would have required me to rout it from the top of the card. With the Lian Li Strimer, you can put the LEDs on the other side of the cable and still rout from the bottom of the card. If you shut off your PC, the controller will remember your last setting, even if that setting is "off" (unless the main power is shut off on the PSU). Off will let the motherboard control the strimer(s). I have both the 3 x 8-pin and the 24-pin Strimer Plus. They have the same controllers, and both require the controller for connection, but you don't need both controllers. Either one will control both products. Highly recommended for RGB junkies.
