Did my first SFF build for my wife in a Coolermaster NR200P. Wanted a card that would stay cool while she gamed, and being a small form factor case this was an ideal card with the large 3 fan cooler on it. The ASUS ROG Strix series always performs well, and this 3050 is amazing. Didnt want to spend a ton of money on her rig as she isnt huge into gaming but when she does game this card performs flawlessly. The FPS stays high and the temps stay low. With the PCie 4.0 and 8gb memeory her rig handles everything flawlessly. It has some nice RGB lighting as well and even when all 3 fans are going, whisper quiet. Couldnt have bought a better card, especially for her small rig. Also The boys at the Langley store were amazing and not only gave me great service but also matched a competitors price I found on this card so they saved me a few dollars.

Fantastic card that stays cool as ice cubes. Great for my budget build. PCIE 4.0, should be a great card for years to come!

Really good cooler, very quiet (however overkill). Only takes one PCIE 8 pin connector.

Bad Gaming Performance. Barely any improvement in FPS playing games in 1080p compared to my 4GB 1650. Really expensive. Almost $100 more than a normal 3050 for a cooler it doesn't need. AWFUL Software! I tried everything to make this software work and it would not install giving me error code 102. Eventually I tried the Microsoft Store version and it didn't work. I eventually got the software installed using PowerShell, however it does not recognize my GPU in the software saying "No Devices Available". That means I have to have my GPU on this awful Rainbow RGB mode which is really disappointing considered I PAID FOR RGB!!!!

At this price, just get a 3060. Does better in games and doesn't have the horrible software.
