BSOD Failed MemTest (update)

Strengths:

Good customer service, professional and friendly staff members. Staffs confirmed this RAM is supported by my motherboard manufacturer, descriped Memorey Express' testing method, and explained that DDR5 can be unstable with XMP enabled, therefore could fail the test. I will test again with updated bios, fingers crossed.

Weaknesses:

PC was assembled in store, but bios was not up-to-date. Unable to remove my previous comment, therefore posting this update.

Additional Comments:

Amazing staff members helped me to resolve the issue. 1, Check for motherboard manufacture compatibilty 2. Update bios 3. Test with Karhu or Memtest86 to verify

BSOD Failed MemTest

Strengths:

Only bought it 2 days ago

Weaknesses:

Random blue screen on new system, no overclocking, failed MemTest test 7 and test 8.

Additional Comments:

Make sure to test it, or live with random blue screen crashes.
