Strengths:
Simple, economical, straightforward quality cooler for people that have no use for RGB doodads. Does a very acceptable job of cooling off my i9-13900KF.
Weaknesses:
Not exactly a weakness, but this cooler should be mounted vertically in order to keep the air that inevitably seeps into AIO coolers from reaching the pump and reducing its efficiency and lifespan. Be careful that the PC case you choose will allow this and leave room for oversize components like high-end GPUs, RAM, etc.
Additional Comments:
Excellent cooler, just use careful judgement in case location.

Strengths:
-no RGB
-no software
-control everything via BIOS
-supports LGA 1700 out of box
Weaknesses:
-water block may interfere with RAM if using all 4 slots on some ATX/m-ATX motherboard.
Additional Comments:
I asked for a cooler that can be used to control temps for an Intel Core i9 12900k with NO RGB.
This was the answer and it's worth it.
