Strengths:
I love this AIO. It replaced my 120mm AIO and at idle keeps my i7 9700k at 37° C and when I'm gaming intense games most I've ever seen was 50° c. I highly recommend this AIO, it is awesome!
Weaknesses:
The only weakness is the fans are a little noisy but if you're okay dealing with the slight bit of noisey.
Additional Comments:
I recommend this AIO!

Strengths:
Solid performance at relatively low sound levels. Daisy-chained fans eases cable management. Fairly good software control (L-Connect) over fans and RGB. L-Connect software provides basic hardware monitoring. Great for CPU's with TDP of up to 110W or so. Cool water block lighting. Silent water block even at full speed.
Weaknesses:
Water block is taller than some making un-useable in some tighter cases (like the Dan A4-H2O). Speed of lighting effects is different than what shows in the software (much faster in real life compared to what the software controls. Might struggle with bleeding edge CPUs (like any other 240 AIO)
Additional Comments:
This is a decent alternative to some of the other big boys such as Corsair. The SL ("side light") RGB fans provide some nice effects that you won't see with more conventional RGB setups, allowing for some more subtle effects.
The fans also have decent static pressure and are quiet under most instances. The fans can get a bit loud at full bore, but the L-Connect software allows you to adjust the fan curves to a much higher degree than some others (I'm looking at you, iCue).
