Strengths:
PROS: You can't go wrong with 12 cores, 20 threads. This is an upper tier CPU and it's perfect for high end gaming in 2022. It beats the Ryzen 5000 series with regards to Price / Performance and overall gaming performance.
It is best paired with an RTX 3000 series or AMD 6000 series GPU for gaming. For storage, an M.2 drive is also reccomended.
It runs fairly cool during mundane tasks and in games that don't tax it. Stock speeds are more than adeqaute for 2022. It also supports DDR5 RAM.

Weaknesses:
CONS: It runs on the hotter side if not paired with an adequate CPU cooler, it can get into the 80's (Celcius) when multi core is taxed without a high end cooling solution.
It's the first generation of a new Architecture (See Hybrid Architecture), it may be worth it to wait for 13th Gen Intel if you're upgrading from 10th or 11th Gen, give intel time to perfect this Architecture when it comes to power consumoption and thermals. This also applies to the DDR5 technology.
*Warning* Do not even think of Overclocking this CPU unless you are using the best air coolers available or running a good AIO cooler in your system. You can also undervolt it in order to bring the temps down if you don't want to Overclock. The recommended style of thermal applicaton has also changed. Noctua reccomends One small blob in the middle, with four smaller blobs near each corner.

Additional Comments:
Overall a great CPU for the gaming enthusiest. This is my first i7 processor (I always went with i5) and I am very satisfied with my purchase.
I would wait a while before Overclocking, to see what kinds of results people are getting with the cooling solutions they have.
That being said, it is not difficult to Overclock the CPU if you wish. Have fun!
