No idea what microsoft is doing

Weaknesses:

Very disappointed with this software. ME has no details in the description that this software is for preinstallation only and that you need special oem installation tools.

Additional Comments:

I thought I was buying original manufacture software so I when I opened it to install it didnt work so now I’m out $170 with unless software and my computer still doesn’t work.
