I bought this laptop on 2019. 2020 the flip broken even only open 90 degree open. Rarely ever open more than 90 degree or flip open wider. Got the screen replaced. Everything seemed promising, but it gets way too warm. Then after a few months will not turn on! It would get really hot and when plugged in. The charging light and the power button quit. I like the design and the light weight, but overall this computer is now junk after 2 years. The technician said there is no part to replace in their store. If there is a replacement part somewhere, the cost to replace is more than buying a new one. The problem is all of my data is now gone. Never using Asus product again.
