CPU is too slow for the GPU

Strengths:

RTX 3060 144hz display cheap

Weaknesses:

No VRR support The CPU is too slow to sustain 144FPS in Apex

Additional Comments:

There's a CPU and RAM bottleneck, you can never get 144hz in new games. Even if you lower the settings... CPU is 100% load and so is the RAM in Apex Legends.
