Strengths:
I was using the stock Prism cooler with a 5600x and it was fine. I got a 5800X3D and when I ran Cinebench it pegged the cpu to 90 degrees instantly. I decided to try this cooler after seeing some reviews online and am happy to say that a 10 minute run of Cinebench never gets over 80 so no performance hit. I'm not a big gamer but I do play WOW and this cooler is keeping me almost 20 degrees cooler. Idle went from 47-50 to 33-35 degrees. It's also pretty quiet and their fans have really good lighting (never thought that would be important to me but....). I have this mounted in an Antec 1100 case which originally had a 200mm top fan so I have approx 40 mm of the rad blocked and I'm still getting these vastly improved numbers. The mounting is really easy and the vrm cooling with the pump mounted fan works.
Weaknesses:
None that I can talk about, this is my first venture into liquid cooling so I don't really have any point of reference other than the stock air cooler.
Additional Comments:
Works very well for me even with it being restricted in my case.

Strengths:
Excellent cooling. Fans pre-mounted. Y-Cable for PWM already installed, and main fan cable hidden in the sleeving for the hoses.
ARGB uses a standard ARGB cable that will plug right into your motherboard.
Weaknesses:
So I recommended this cooler to a client and sent him to ME (because they're awesome).
He brought it in for installation, because he is using a pre-built system that had an incorrectly installed cooler. Unfortunately, the company kept the cooler backplate that is supposed to be included with the main board, and this Arctic cooler doesn't come with one either. If you are replacing a non-stock cooler on an AM4 system, you WILL need a backplate. The Enermax water cooler that was not working correctly did come with a backplate, but I cannot use it since it's not stock so I don't know how it will effect mounting pressure.
Additional Comments:
Go onto a site like Amazon, and looking through the reviews for water coolers you can see which one come with the backplate. There are people complaining about the ones that don't. I phoned Arctic, and of course I was just talking to their phone guy, but he said they're not shipping them with backplates because the motherboards come with them. He wasn't concerned, and offered to ship one to us but it would take a couple of weeks. We ordered one Amazon Prime, will be here in two days. ME really needs to stock some AM4 backplates. This unit was also missing the 8 radiator mounting screws.
