Weaknesses:
Charging jack is an abysmal design as many reviews attest, and it broke after just over a year of use. I couldn't fix it, even though I tried.
Additional Comments:
If you buy this laptop you WILL be replacing it just after the warranty runs out; because sooner or later it won't charge.

Strengths:
Superb GPU performance
Thin and light
Super premium alloy finish and feel
Great selection of ports and connectivity
With AI on, you don't have to worry about switching between performance and quiet modes through the day
Weaknesses:
Could be cheaper
Wish it had better battery life (but it is still way better than 9th gen and older laptops)
Additional Comments:
Got this during the summer and couldn't be happier. I contemplated getting a dedicated gaming laptop but I think I made the right choice. Seriously, every loves the idea of owning a gaming laptop but a pure gaming unit like the MSI GP66 or GP76 just isnt usable on a daily basis. I browse the web, do my shopping, edit some videos with the 4k display, watch Netflix sometimes. Occasionally when I have time, I will fire up a game - Cyberpunk 2077 runs like a dream in 1440p! It travels very well too - in AI battery save mode and with the display at 50%, I am able to make it to a charger with hours of battery life to spare. This thing has been good so far. I have owned Acer, MSI, HP Omen, and Asus ROG gaming laptops in the past and have had my share of problems with those units so no manufacturer is perfect. .

Weaknesses:
Need to buy another laptop after less than 1 year of use.
Additional Comments:
The specs don't matter when the laptop won't charge. I sent this back to the manufacturer to be fixed less than 3 months after receiving it. Took them 2 months to fix it and ship it back. The manufacturer won't cover for return shipping, spent hours arguing with them to get that covered. 10 months into using this still almost brand new laptop, the jack for the charger seem to be going again. Do yourself a favour, don't buy Gigabyte, it's not worth the time, not worth the money. Never again.
