Good for games, requires proper calibration for colour-sensitive work.

Strengths:

32" display is very easy on the eyes. For a VA panel, it has surprisingly little dark-level smearing, particularly with the "Fast" overdrive setting. Great contrast ratio with deep blacks. Excellent and in-depth OSD options, intuitive to use. Not curved. Elegant styling, without blingy RGB.

Weaknesses:

Calibration wasn't good enough for colour-sensitive work out of the box, but was decent after Spyder calibration, but not as good as a decent IPS panel. Very odd gamma settings (options are 1 to 4, but they do strange things to the image). Stand lacks adjustability, so plan to get a proper VESA monitor mount. Bizarre lock-out of some OSD functions when certain functions are enabled like MPRT (disables V-sync for some reason). There are other examples, but none of these are deal-breakers; pick your compromise based on what you're doing with it.

Additional Comments:

A good choice for games, and good enough for colour-sensitive work only after a Spyder calibration. It's not as vibrant as an IPS panel, but it looks quite good. And the contrast it provides is impressive.
