Strengths:
Amazing performance, CPU performs better than my Desktop Ryzen 3700x.
GPU while not a 3080 or even a 3070 with higher TDP/Mux switch still does really well and the general gaming experience is very smooth.
I love this machine and the display is amazing at 1440p. Get 70-100 FPS in New World. Plays Tarkov ultra no problem.
The best part is, you get gaming performance in something that is ACTUALLY sleek and compact and would look amazing in a business meeting. The case of the machine is an alloy akin to something a little nicer than business class Lenovo machines.
Its thin, its light, it runs really well, and I love it.
As a professional in his 30s this thing looks boss and crisp as hell.
Weaknesses:
The power brick gets too hot imo and I don't trust it to be perfectly honest.
Additional Comments:
Best laptop for ME today. Packs impressive performance given its business style housing.

Strengths:
Near desktop class performance in an ultra book form factor
Great build quality
Great keyboard (but no numpad)
Palm rest and keyboard remains cool under heavy loads
Amazing trackpad (it’s seriously as good as a MacBook)
Looks classy, I would have no problem bringing this into a business meeting or a Starbucks
Very long battery life (8 hours or so)
USB C charging (don’t need to lug around a big power brick for normal use)
Screen looks amazing for gaming
Lots of IO options including 2 USB C ports
Very easy to open up and service
Room for expansion via a second M2 slot, replaceable network card, and a SO-DIMM
Weaknesses:
No built in webcam
Half of the Ram is soldered onto the board, mine came with 8+8, wished they offered 16GB on board
The MediaTek MT7921 network card is garbage, replace it with an Intel AX210 (thankfully it’s really easy to get inside and replace)
Fans do get loud when gaming but that’s to be expected from a machine like this, you can adjust the fan curves though
Might want to try that 1440P screen with different windows scaling if it works for you
Additional Comments:
For how small this machine is, it packs some very serious hardware, and the battery life is incredible on IGPU mode (the built in IGPU is no slouch either) considering the hardware inside.
It’s a real Jack of all trades laptop that you can take to the office or campus, and still game on it off hours.
many reviewers go crazy over the G15, but keep in mind the lack of webcam and the crappy network card (it’s a $30 fix though). I’d also try a demo unit to see how you like using the 1440P screen for coding and spreadsheets.

Strengths:
Beautiful Screen, solid gaming performance, strong chassis
Weaknesses:
USB C charging isn't standard
Additional Comments:
Picked this up a day ago, set it all up to my liking. Really enjoying it so far. Played a few games on it so far and have had excellent performance from this 3070. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking at a laptop in this price range!
