-Fast -Decent for price -Handles Cyberpunk at DigitalFoundry's recommended settings at 30 fps, denser areas drop below.
-Thermals on CPU out of control: after launching Cyberpunk, every core was hitting over 95° C. Had to limit CPU to 99% power to prevent Turbo Boosting which brought temps under control. So much for 5GHz clock speeds. -Fan is extremely loud when it gets going, but is better since I limited the CPU -Your fingerprints are super visible all over this thing. -1080p is noticeable.
On sale for $550 off, this is an easy decision.

Rtx 3060 6g vram Fast ssd and was easy to add 1 tb 3.5 " ssd Everything works as it should and performs very fast Cpu is fast
HDMI 1.4 - 4k @ 30hz 10bit hdr max output 4k @ 60hz bumps down to 8bit colour Does heat up fast with out cooler boost - can mitigate this by disabling cpu boost and setting max cpu in power options to 99%. Only 1 m.2 ssd slot 6 gig vram does get used up fast with today's new games
This laptop is very very well built around using the hardware provided. Plays games at very high fps max settings at 1080p 144hz. Everything works as it should. As a budget laptop this is exactly as advertised - if you want to future proof your self this is not the laptop for you. And if you want to use a new 2.1 hdmi 120hz tv as a monitor this is not the laptop for you.

Powerful for the price 144Hz display Heats up away from the hands
512GB storage will need upgrading (and only one M.2 slot) No MUX switch like better MSI laptops have Memory Express lies the memory is 2933 MHz not 3200 MHz GPU is only a 75W version No Thunderbolt 3 or DisplayPort Poor cooling - will thermal throttle without help
Can't argue with the performance for the price but you definitely make some sacrifices.

- Screen in bright with high refresh rate. - Easy access for upgrades. 9 screws and its all right there: NVME, RAM, and 2.5 HDD SATA.
- No additional or 2nd NVME socket, had to upgrade entire NVME. - Removable back could be better quality. - No Win 10 Professional Option
CAD Work Station Excellence : With the upgrade to 64 GB, 1TB NVME and 2 TB SSD and Win10 Pro its now a robust CAD work station. It handles everything I can throw at it with poise and speed. Its as faster than my 2 year old $4000 desktop. . Excellent over all value with the newest 3060 Video card and Intel CPU. The cons are so small I would rate it 4.75 if it was an option, but definitely not a 5/5 Value 5/5 Overall build quality 3.25/5 Upgrade ability: 4/5 Screen 5/5 Bios controls 4.5/5
