Strengths:

Fast, like really fast. I went from a 1080ti to this and WOW!!!!! this thing is fast. My main reason for getting a new GPU was for VR performance and this card did NOT disappoint. I'm using this with a Gigabyte x570 elite wifi (with wifi turned off), 32 gigs of 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance ram, Seasonic 850 watt PSU, a Ryzen 5600x CPU. I'm very happy with it's performance.

Weaknesses:

AMD's software (Adrenaline) is kind of a pain to navigate and use, it defaults to a stupidly low fan curve like 50% fan at full temps. In this software it shows two GPU temperatures, the edge temp (which is what most software reports) which stays within what we are use to seeing. Then there's "Junction" temp or "Hot Spot", this is the temp at the center of the GPU, this often reaches 110 degrees Celsius or higher (which is supposed to be normal). I had a hard time setting a custom fan curve and having the software remember it, it kept going back to default. I think I have it working ok now.

Additional Comments:

Due to lack of ANY new GPUs being available, I had told myself whatever GPU becomes available 1st (3080 or 6900xt) it's the one I was going to get. Last week, one single solitary 6900xt showed at the N.W. store, I called, they put it aside for me and I was there within the hour to pick it up. Been very happy with it. Nice to be able to turn up the eye candy in VR and still get 90 fps. :)
