Product works well, but buy beware Memory Express is not an authorized reseller - no warranty or support from manufacturer
Strengths:
Product was easy to connect and seems to work very well
Weaknesses:
I had purchased this unit as an open box since it was the last one in stock at the time I purchased. When I tried to register the product to myself, the unit came back as having already been registered to someone else - the person who had returned it to the store. When I contacted (submitting copies of the UPC and my receipt as proof of purchase) the manufacturer to change the registration to my name. After two weeks of being bounced from one department to another, I was told I would not receive any warranty on the product should I need it because Memory Express is NOT an authorized re-seller for Netgear. Memory Express has a 15-day return policy, which had passed as I tried to deal with Netgear. Memory Express does not reveal warranty is not honoured by Netgear on products they sell. If the product fails, even within the warranty period normally offered, I'm just out of luck
