Don't hesitate just get it! The mount has great articulation and can be adjusted (via Allen key) to your desired resistance. I have a 31.5inch Gigabyte M32Q that weights 7.1kg (15.7 lbs) mounted to this arm and have had no issues. The mount is stable, haven't noticed any vibration in the monitor when working or gaming which if you have any experience with monitor arms is not always the case.
