Good fan

Strengths:

Solid CFM (62) Great daisy chaining capability Good price to performance

Weaknesses:

Loud at high load

Additional Comments:

Really good fans but at anything about 70% load they're a loud fan

Decent 4 pin ARGB fans ... not completely quiet

Strengths:

4pin fan power (controllable) wiring is sleeved (tidy) they are ARGB!

Weaknesses:

not completely quiet (even controlled ... it is the type of bearing) limited colors from controller

Additional Comments:

nice starter package for those wanting to get into ARGB fans ... if your motherboard uses the 4pin ARGB (12V analog) then it is not compatible with these fans 3pin ARGB (5V digital) ... if your motherboard is not compatible then the provided controller will drive these fans's LEDs and any other 3pin ARGB lighting you may have Good package, however I would have liked to see better bearings (most people wouldn't mind the minimal sound)

Good sale price for the performance

Strengths:

Decent appearance and performance Easy to install with the included controller

Weaknesses:

Limited options with the included controller Rattle at higher than 50% of fan speed

Additional Comments:

I installed 9 of these fans in my Lian Li 011 Dynamic case, 3 top exhaust/3 bottom + 3 side intake. They're bright and the included controller is easy to install and use. My Gigabyte Aorus board is not compatible with the ARGB plugs on the fans so I'm forced to use the included controllers for wiring them. The controller is compact but fairly feature-less, only offering rainbow, a handful of static or pulsing colors, and 'off'. Regardless, the performance seems fine - the fans move plenty of air out of the box but seem to suffer a bit when they're up against a an intake filter. I haven't had any issues with thermals, I've even been running a few degrees cooler from my previous case with a more traditional fan layout. My only regret is that the horizontal fans at the top and bottom of the case tend to develop an annoying rattle at speeds above 40-50%. I've tried loosening and tightening the mounting screws to relieve any flex on the fan housing, and also swapped them for the vertical fans on the side of the case, but the horizontal fans will inevitably rattle under higher loads. I can only assume this is an issue with the bearings, but if that's the case then the fans should perform better in the horizontal position... Whatever the reason is, this really only happens when I'm gaming and the rattle is minor enough that my headphones drown it out so I'm not too fussy. If you can get them on sale, I say it's worth it for an RGB budget build. At full price I would consider spending a bit more for a higher performance fan.

Title?

Strengths:

Fans are nice and quiet. Lots of air flow through my case.

Weaknesses:

On the box it says it’s compatible with Asus Aurora but does not have the correct plugin for the rgb to sync with my Asus Aurora motherboard.

Additional Comments:

If you intend to sync, make sure that your rgb connector on your motherboard is 3 prongs and not 4. Mine is 4 and the fans have 3. I was pretty disappointed in myself for not checking before installing all of my fans. I haven’t tried running the controller yet but sure that will be fine.
