Strengths:
Lowers temps well, runs nice and quiet with alternate fans
Weaknesses:
Rgb controller is poor and proprietary
Fans are poor, loud and RGB has bad QC
Bubbly on startup.
Additional Comments:
Nice cheap solution for water cooling introduction. The included fans are pointless, incompatible RGB connectors, and loud, use others. The water pump/ heat block collects air bubbles when shut down. Much quieter if the pump / block gets installed upside down (intake on bottom)
Keeps things cool for cheap, if you understand the RGB controller and fans should be swapped out.
Giving a 3 because it will function, but there are some QC issues with the fans.

Additional Comments:
This AIO is cooling a Ryzen 5 3600. It does a great job of cooling while doing some intense gaming BUT it is loud!! When the fans spin up it sounds like a small vacuum cleaner - I have to use headphones.
This is my first AIO cooler and installation was easy. If you wire it as instructed the fans spin at full RPM and it sucks. I hooked up the fans to the PWM headers on the mobo and it is much better, but still loud under load. I got it on sale for $129 but now I have to think about installing quieter fans which is an additional expense. Or I go back to air cooling which was way quieter.
Even the Corsair case fans I replaced with the radiator were not as noisy!
