Bad keyboard, screen could be brighter

The feeling and response of the keys is bad, the keys need to be pressed hard and in the middle or expect many missed keystrokes. The k button got stuck and requires a lot more pressure than all the other keys now, this is after maybe 20-30 hours of total use time, also would like to note I've been very delicate with it. I've heard bad things about acer keyboards, but wow, didn't expect this. I wish I could overlook it but the keyboard is pretty much the most important part of a laptop, to me at least, and Acer just failed with this.
