GeForce RTX 30 Series Preorder / Backorder Update

Update 2020.12.10: While we continue to receive regular shipments weekly, we expect the prolonged shortage for GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics cards to continue well into 2021.

With the large numbers of backorders in our system, we have turned off online backorders and real-time inventory for all RTX 30 Series Graphics Cards with active backorders; all new shipments will be used to fill existing backorders until we have cleared out our backlog of backorders.

For customers who do not currently have backorders in place with us and want to reserve a GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics cards, they can do so with our new Product Reservation Request form here:

Product Reservation Request Form

No deposit or payment is required. With this new form, you can also make a reservation for instore pickup without visiting or calling the store. Once your product is in, one of our memory express staff will contact you to arrange payment & shipping (for online reservations) or pickup (for instore reservations).

ETAs

Most of our suppliers have not been able to provide any accurate information on new shipments. We receive shipments with little or no allowance notice and in most cases, we will not know how many products we will be receiving until it has actually arrived at our stores.

With the difficulty in providing accurate ETA information and the fact that we generally get smaller, random shipments of inventory, we will no longer be updating this page with ETA's for individual cards. ETA information, when available (i.e. larger shipments), will be posted directly on the product pages for each card.

We will continue to fill backorders in the order they were placed as inventory arrives however due to unprecedented demand, NVIDIA expects the shortage for the RTX 30 Series cards to continue well into 2021.

Thank-you for your patience and understanding.
