How to Play
1. TO PLAY: Commencing May 1st, 2008 Customers at Memory Express Locations who make a purchase of a D-Link DIR-615 Wireless-N Router shall automatically be entered in the contest. 1 entires per purchase.(Any returns or exchanges on an invoice shall void that entry)
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY: Entries can be made by printing your full legal name, city or town of residence, telephone number, and email address on a 3" by 5" piece of paper, and mailing it to:

Mail-In Entries that are dropped off in person shall be ineligible for the prize draw.
To be eligible for the draw, entries must be postmarked by May 31th, 2008 and received by June 6th, 2008 at 12pm (Mountain Standard Time).
Limit of one (1) Mail-in Entry per person.
Only one (1) Mail-In Entry per envelope will be accepted.
3. PRIZES: A single (1) prize package consisting of a single (1) D-Link DNS-323 2-Bay Network Storage Enclosure and one (1) Seagate 500GB Barracuda 7200.11 SATA Hard Drive approx. retail value $280 shall be awarded to one (1) randomly selected entry from all eligible entries received.
4. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received
GENERAL RULES
5. Contest commences May 1, 2008 and ends May 31, 2008.
6. Prize claimant must be a resident of Canada, excluding Quebec, and must be at least 16 years old as of the commencement date of the contest. In the case that a winner is under the age of majority, the parent or guardian must be present to claim the prize.
7. Employees of, members of the immediate family of, or those domiciled with an employee of Memory Express Computer Products & Electronics Inc. (herein after referred to as Memory Express) their affiliated or related companies (collectively "Contest Sponsor"), the advertising and promotion agencies of the Contest Sponsor are not eligible to participate. "Immediate family" is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse.
8. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the Contest Sponsor which are final. Winners will be required to sign a standard declaration confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded as well as a publicity and liability release.
9. All taxes on prizes other than taxes specifically referred to in these rules are the responsibility of the winners.
10. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash. In case of unavailability of any prize or for any other reason in Contest Sponsor’s sole discretion, Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
11. By claiming a prize, prize claimants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Memory Express.
12. Contest Sponsor is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late or misdirected entries or selections, player selections and submissions; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to the participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; the cancellation, suspension or preemption of games, injuries or other unavailability of players, scoring tabulation or timing errors or other problems or errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise..
13. Winners release Contest Sponsor, prize suppliers, their officers, directors, employees and agents, including, without limitation, their advertising and promotional agencies and the independent contest organization, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize and acknowledge that Contest Sponsor, and their officers, directors, employees and agents have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
14. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the contest at any time if it determines that for any reason the contest cannot be run as originally planned or any other occurrence compromises the fairness or integrity of the contest.
15. If, as a result of an error relating to the entry process, drawing or any other aspect of the contest, there are more potential winners of prizes than contemplated in these rules, there will be a random draw amongst all eligible prize claimants after the Contest Closing Date to award the correct number of prizes.
16. Eligible Winner(s) must correctly answer a skill testing question prior to claiming their prize.
17. Prizes NOT claimed in 30 days from the last attempted contact with the prize winner, will be redrawn to another contestant, or reclaimed by Memory Express for alternative promotional purpose.
